Our HH-ZW35 medium-speed paper bowl making machine is engineered for efficient and high-speed production, with the capability to produce a variety of paper bowl sizes from 16oz to 32oz, with a maximum diameter of 300mm.  This robust machine ensures precision and durability for both single and double PE-coated bowls, making it suitable for large-capacity bowls such as soup bowls, instant noodle containers, and takeaway bowls.

The HH-ZW35 incorporates imported Schneider inverter drive technology, guaranteeing precise and efficient operation.  It also integrates advanced ultrasonic welding and Swiss hot air preheating technologies, enhancing its performance and reliability.  Other key features include automatic lubrication, reducing maintenance needs and ensuring long-term operation, and a vacuum pump suction system for paper feeding, combined with an automated cup system to ensure stability and a high degree of automation.

The machine offers a fully automated process, handling tasks such as automatic paper feeding, preheating, sealing, oiling, bottom cutting, knurling, edge rolling, and collection.  It also boasts photoelectric detection, fault alarms, and a counting function, making it easy to monitor and manage production.

Operating at speeds of 60-70 pcs/min, the machine can be utilized as a standalone unit or integrated into a complete production line alongside flexog printing machines for branding, paper fan die-cutting machines, and packaging systems, offering a seamless and scalable production solution.  Each machine is fully customizable to meet specific production needs, delivering high-quality, eco-friendly bowls with maximum efficiency and reduced material waste.
