Die Cutting Device Features
Independent Servo Motor Drive: The die-cutting device, as well as the left-right swing and traction systems (located at the front and behind the die-cutting device), are each driven by independent servo motors. This configuration allows for precise control over the die-cutting process, improving accuracy and consistency.

Gap Pressure Control: The CXE gap pressure control system (equipped with pressure gauges) provides fine-tuned adjustments, ensuring optimal cutting pressure for different materials and applications.

Flexible Mode Options
Rotary and Semi-Rotary Modes: The HMQ-350JE can operate in both rotary and semi-rotary modes. In semi-rotary mode, the die-cutting length ranges from 160-476mm (50-150T), and only a flexible die needs to be changed for different label sizes. The machine includes one default 476mm (150T) magnetic cylinder, customizable based on client requirements. For rotary mode, the die-cutting length ranges from 254-570mm (80-180T), and different magnetic cylinders and flexible dies are required, depending on the label size.

Magnetic Cylinder Flexibility: The magnetic cylinder used in semi-rotary mode can also be used in rotary mode. The main difference lies in the flexible die coverage—partial coverage for semi-rotary mode and full coverage for rotary mode.

PLC Touch Screen Control
Comprehensive Control: The machine features a PLC controller and touch screen, allowing operators to set and display more data. The interface includes essential controls such as power supply, start/stop buttons, emergency stop, meter and number counter, and rewinding data settings.

Rewinding Unit
Air Expanding Shafts: The machine is equipped with 2 air expanding shafts (1” or 1.5” depending on client preference) and 1 additional 3” air expanding shaft.

Magnetic Clutch Control: The lower rewinder tension is controlled by a magnetic clutch in coordination with the PLC controller, ensuring smooth and precise rewinding.

Turret Rewinder: The turret rewinder is driven by an independent servo motor, while the lower rewinder is powered by the main motor. The maximum turret rewinding diameter is 300mm, and the maximum lower rewinding diameter is 600mm, offering flexibility in handling various roll sizes. Rewinding data and stop functions are managed via the touch screen.
