The HH-CQ850 Paper Cup Punching Machine is a specialized model designed primarily for paper cup die-cutting, with the versatility to also handle paper plate die-cutting. This machine is equipped with a user-friendly screen display that provides real-time data on operational status and allows all parameters to be easily set through the screen interface, ensuring precise control and monitoring during the production process.
The electrical control system of the HH-CQ850 is state-of-the-art, featuring microcomputer control with encoder angle detection and photoelectric tracking. This combination enables fully automated control and detection throughout the entire process, from paper feeding to conveying, die-cutting, and delivery. The material delivery is managed by a servo motor, providing accurate and smooth operation, which is critical for maintaining consistency and quality in high-volume production.
A significant highlight of the HH-CQ850 is its powerful die-cutting force, driven by a 5KW inverter motor. This motor not only offers energy efficiency but also allows for stepless speed adjustment, making the machine adaptable to different production needs. The inclusion of an extra-large flywheel enhances the die-cutting force, ensuring it is both strong and steady, while also further reducing electricity consumption. The flywheel is driven by the main reduction motor, coordinated with a photoelectric eye that can detect colors, ensuring perfect alignment between the die-cutting position and printed designs.
The machine also boasts a 3-inch air expanding shaft, which ensures easy and secure handling of rolls during the production process. The hydraulic lifting system, complete with a hydraulic pump, is designed to handle heavy rolls, supporting weights of up to 1.5 tons, making the machine highly efficient in managing large production runs. Additionally, the HH-CQ850 is equipped with a magnetic brake system for precise control of material feeding tension, ensuring smooth and consistent material flow.
