HMQ-350JA Intermittent Rotary Die Cutting Machine with Slitting and Rewinder Function

Intermittent Semi-rotary die cutting is a new product, it equipped with Servo Motor PLC control system, and register sensor to arrange high accurate rotary die-cutting system. It is mainly designed for label die cutting, e.g. Adhesive labels, PVC labels, PET Labels, PE Labels, Aluminum Labels, Blank Labels, Trade mark Labels die cutting. Especially, It can process IML(In Molding Label),which is famous as its advanced function, such as: Novel and beautiful apperance, security features, Envirement, Difficult to drop off and damage, High efficiency and so on. IML is widly choosed on packaging containers of Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage, Wine& Spirits.

Unwind, laminating, rotary die-cutting,waste matrix,slitting and rewinding can be finished in one process. It can be run with semi-rotary mode as well as full rotary mode. And it also can work with sheet cutting device with conveyor and collection label or IML die cutting device(In Molding Label).

Machine adopts full servo motors driven, color tracking system, solid and durable structure design, leading to clean edge of processed materials and non damage of both sides of labels.

Die cutting device

Servo motor quantity is rotary die cutting unit 1pcs, swing bar 1pcs, Front and behind traction 2pcs ,left and right adjustment 1pcs, total servo motor on die cutting unit has 5pcs.

Gap pressure control system CXE of die-cutting (namely pressure gauges)

For semi-rotary mode, maximum die cutting length is 50-580mm, standard magnetic cylinder is 482.6mm(152T)

For full rotary mode, die cutting length is 254-647.7mm.

Ability to work in two modes of rotary / semi-rotary,but need cooperate with magnetic cylinder and flexible die.

Work in semi rotary mode, different label size only need change flexible die. Machine itself has included one pcs 482.6mm(152T) default magnetic cylinder(also can be customized by clients’ request), but it is excluded flexible die in price.

Work in rotary mode,different label size need change different size of magnetic cylinder and flexible die, its cost is determined by client's label size.

Magnetic cylinder whose used in semi-rotary mode also can be used on rotary mode because it's mainly difference is whether flexible die has full cover on magnetic cylinder.

It need remain space after flexible die cover on magnetic cylinder while working in semi-rotary mode, but flexible die must be full cover on magnetic cylinder while working in rotary mode.

Snowball type waste removing device

There has 2 set servo motor control waste rewinder.

Snowball type waste rewinder can be changed into scrapping type waste rewinder optional.

Maximum waste rewinding diameter is 600mm

76mm (3″) air expanding shaft for waste rewind

This device has better to control waste rewinding tension especially cut special shape

Waste removing device also can be customized based on client’s material demand.

CONDITION
Quotation valid	15days
PAYMENT TERMS	30% deposit and pay the balance before shipment after testing the machine in seller's factory.
DELIVERY	60 work days after receiving 30% TT deposit.
INSTALLATION	All machines are finished all adjustment in our workshop, the installation is not needed. If customer need our factory to send our engineer to his factory to install and test the machine, customer need to cover engineer’s visa, go and return tickets, eating and lodging in customer’s country,  and engineer's salary is $ 120 per person per day. If possible, please prepare a interpreter.
TEST MATERIAL	Customer need prepare the test material, if not, we will test the machine according our standard.
VOLTAGE	380V,50HZ,3phases
WARRANTY	One year for mechanical parts,half year for electric parts.the service is for whole life.
